IJM expands into UK construction market with 50% stake in JRL Group
LONDON, 25 November 2024 – IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”) has proposed to acquire a 50% stake in JRL Group Holdings Limited (“JRL”) for £50 million (approximately RM283 million). IJM Construction secures RM561 million in contracts for data centre and industrial manufacturing facility
PETALING JAYA, 19 August 2024 – IJM Construction Sdn Bhd (“IJM Construction”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM” or “the Group”), has secured two contracts worth a combined RM561 million. These projects include a data centre in Johor and an industrial manufacturing facility in Penang, showcasing IJM Construction’s strengths in fast-track, high-tech infrastructure development.
IJM Construction secures RM331.7 million contract for Iskandar Puteri Data Centre
PETALING JAYA, 26 June 2024 – IJM Construction Sdn Bhd (“IJM Construction”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM” or “The Group”), has been awarded a RM331.7 million contract to design and construct Block 2 of the Iskandar Puteri Data Centre for TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd.
IJM Construction secures two building projects totaling RM962.3 million
PETALING JAYA, 21 June 2024 – IJM Construction Sdn Bhd (“IJM Construction”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM” or “the Group”), has secured two new contracts worth a total of RM962.3 million. These projects include the construction of a logistics hub in Shah Alam and a semiconductor manufacturing facility for Siliconware Precision Malaysia in Penang.
