IJM enters JV to develop leading edge logistics hub, expanding its industrial property portfolio to the Klang Valley
PETALING JAYA, 17 July 2023 – IJM RE Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”) has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with FMM Elmina Sdn. Bhd. (“FMM”). The JV will develop two state-of-the-art logistics hubs in The City of Elmina, Shah Alam.
IJM Construction awarded RM653.6 million contract to build Shah Alam International Logistics Hub
PETALING JAYA, 26 June 2023 – Leading builder, IJM Construction Sdn Bhd (“IJM Construction”), a wholly owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”) has been awarded a RM653.6 million contract for the design, execution and construction of phase one of the Shah Alam International Logistics Hub (“SAILH”). The project, commissioned by Global Vision Logistics (“GVL”), will establish the country's first green-certified logistics hub, one of the largest in the ASEAN region.

Petaling Jaya, 29 May 2023 – IJM Corporation Berhad (IJM) today released its financial results for the year ended 31 March 2023, reflecting a positive outlook ahead. The Construction and Industry Divisions are witnessing encouraging order book replenishment prospects. The Group’s improving outlook is further supported by strong property sales in FY2023, improving cargo throughout at its Port operations, and a complete recovery of tollway traffic to pre-pandemic levels.

IJM appoints Lee Chun Fai as new Group CEO & MD
PETALING JAYA, 3 February 2023: Leading construction and property group, IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM” or “the Group”) announced today the appointment of Mr. Lee Chun Fai as Group Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director (“CEO & MD”), effective 1 April 2023. Mr. Lee, currently Deputy CEO & Deputy MD, will succeed Mr. Liew Hau Seng, who has announced his intention to retire effective 31 March 2023.

IJM secures two building contracts in Penang

(“IJM Construction”), a wholly owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”) has secured two contracts for the construction of a manufacturing facility and a commercial tower in Penang worth RM422.18 million in total.
IJM wins major hospital and LHDN building contracts
Petaling Jaya, 18 October 2022 – Leading builder, IJM Construction Sdn Bhd (“IJM Construction”), a wholly owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”) has secured two contracts in Selangor – a RM831 million design-and-build turnkey construction contract for a new 312-bedded government hospital in Kapar and another contract worth RM150.8 million for the construction of a Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) office tower in Shah Alam.
